Appointment Policy
Late arrivals can significantly cut into your treatment time. We strive to accommodate your entire session within the scheduled time frame, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. For specifics on charges, please refer to our cancellation policy. Laser Hair Appointments Aesthetic Beauty Lab LLC does not shave hair in preperation for laser hair removal services. It is your responsibilty to shave the designated area for the laser hair removal to be performed before arriving to your appointment.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
Aesthetic Beauty Lab maintains a 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy to ensure that appointments are available for all clients who need them and to respect our service providers' schedules. Any appointment canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur the following charges, automatically billed to the credit card on file: All Appointments: Less than 24 hour notice = $100.00 No show/No notice = $150.00
Clients who no-show or cancel late three times will be required to prepay in full at the time of booking for future appointments. This pre-paid amount is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is breached again. If you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, your prepayment will be credited towards future services at Aesthetic Beauty Lab.
Our providers are often booked weeks to months in advance with a considerable waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not give us adequate time to fill these slots. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our policy to maintain high service quality for all clients and to respect our team's time. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge agreement with our cancellation/no-show policy.
Refund Policy
Services at Aesthetic Beauty Lab are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of treatments and the variability in aesthetic outcomes. While we aim for the best results, they cannot be guaranteed, and clients may be responsible for the cost of additional sessions to meet their expectations.
Retail: No refunds are available on purchased items. Defective products can be exchanged within 14 days for the same item only.Gift Certificates: No refunds are offered on gift certificate purchases.
Children Policy
We adore children at Aesthetic Beauty Lab, but for their safety and to ensure a tranquil environment for our clients, we request that you arrange childcare for your appointment time.
Pet Policy
While we are fond of pets, we must ask that you leave them at home when visiting Aesthetic Beauty Lab. Non-service animals are not permitted in our clinic to maintain a sterile and professional environment. If you arrive with a non-service pet, you will be asked to take it elsewhere. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter to ensure a pleasant experience for all our clients.
