The Age-Defy Lift is a surface and serum-based treatment: good for fine lines, texture, hydration, and short-term tightening, with no downtime. Laser tightening and microneedling work deeper and drive structural collagen change over 3 to 6 months, with more downtime and a higher cost. They address different things, and many clients use a facial for maintenance between deeper treatments.

It is comfortable for most clients. Retinol and the exfoliation step can cause mild warmth or tingling for a few minutes, and skin that is already sensitized may find it more noticeable. Tell your provider if anything stings and we will adjust.

Monthly while you are actively working on fine lines and texture, then every 6 to 8 weeks for maintenance. Because results are cumulative rather than permanent, spacing sessions further apart means less carryover between them.
