Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating that goes beyond what your body needs to regulate temperature. Our treatment uses FDA-approved neurotoxin (Botox, Jeuveau, or Dysport) injected just under the skin to block the nerve signals that activate sweat glands. The glands stay calm, the sweat stops, and the rest of your body continues to regulate temperature normally.

We treat the three most common areas: underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis), palms (palmar hyperhidrosis), and feet (plantar hyperhidrosis). Underarms are the most popular and most studied area. Palms and feet are excellent options for clients whose sweating affects daily activities, work, or social confidence. We will discuss the right approach for your areas of concern during your consultation.

Most clients notice a significant reduction in sweating within a few days, with full results by about two weeks. Effects typically last six to twelve months, after which a maintenance treatment keeps you dry. Many clients schedule treatment ahead of summer or major life events to stay dry when it matters most.

Underarm injections are generally well tolerated and most clients describe them as a series of small pinches. Palms and feet are more sensitive due to denser nerve endings, so we use topical numbing and ice packs to keep you comfortable. Most appointments are completed within 60 minutes.
