Tox Confetti is our name for a full-face neurotoxin treatment using small, strategic doses placed across many areas of the face at once. Instead of treating one or two zones, we soften lines and balance muscle activity across the upper, mid and lower face in a single appointment. It uses the same prescription products as standard treatment: Botox, Dysport or Jeuveau.

Traditional neurotoxin treatment targets one or two specific areas such as the forehead or the frown lines between the brows. Tox Confetti distributes the same products across the face in smaller doses. The goal is overall softness and balance rather than strongly relaxing any single zone.

About 60 minutes. The injections themselves take only a few minutes; the rest is a careful facial assessment at rest and in motion, mapping where each micro-dose goes, and agreeing a plan. Early softening appears within a few days and full effect around 14 days.

Pricing is per unit: Botox $14, Dysport and Jeuveau $13. Most full-face treatments use roughly 40 to 80 units depending on muscle activity and your goals, so a typical treatment runs about $520 to $1,120 depending on product and dose. You receive a specific quote at consultation before anything is injected.

We will not treat you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a known allergy to any botulinum toxin product or its components, have a neuromuscular disorder such as myasthenia gravis, Lambert-Eaton syndrome or ALS, or have an infection or active skin condition at the injection sites. Dysport specifically contains cow's milk protein and is not used in anyone with that allergy. Tell your provider about all medications, particularly aminoglycoside antibiotics and blood thinners, and about any previous reaction to a neurotoxin treatment.

Common and temporary effects include bruising, swelling, redness or tenderness at injection sites, and headache in the first days. Less commonly, a brow or eyelid can droop, or the result can be asymmetric; this is temporary and resolves as the product wears off, though that can take weeks. All botulinum toxin products carry an FDA boxed warning about distant spread of toxin effect: rarely, effects can spread beyond the injection site hours to weeks afterward and cause muscle weakness or difficulty swallowing or breathing. Seek immediate medical attention for any difficulty swallowing, speaking or breathing, and contact us promptly about drooping or double vision.

No real downtime, but there are rules for the first 24 hours: stay upright, do not rub or massage your face, and skip strenuous exercise, saunas and hot tubs. Small bumps at the injection sites settle within an hour or so. Bruising is possible and can take several days to fade, so book at least two weeks before an event to allow for both bruising and the full 14-day result.

Effects are temporary, typically 3 to 4 months, and vary with your metabolism, muscle strength, dose and the areas treated. Micro-dosing across the face can wear off somewhat sooner than concentrated dosing in a single area. We generally recommend rebooking around the 3-month mark rather than waiting until movement has fully returned.

It suits people who want a soft, even result across the whole face rather than strong relaxation in one zone, and people who already have neurotoxin treatment and want something more comprehensive. It is not the right choice for everyone: deep static lines that are visible at rest often need filler or resurfacing as well, and if your main concern is one specific area, treating that area directly is usually more effective and less expensive.
